2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 ACCEPTING A DEED TO CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR
PUBLIC USE.

5 WHEREAS, a deed to certain property in the City of San
6 Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California, has been duly
7 executed by JOE TALLEY and LILLIE MAY TALLEY, husband and wife, as
B joint tenants, and by ROY STOUT and OPAL STOUT, husband and wife, as
9 joint tenants, Grantors, in favor of the City of San Jacinto, for
10 the public use, to wit: for alley purposes, to wit: a portion of
11 the north side of the alley parallel to Main Street and Third Street
12 perpendicular to Sheriff and Jordan Streets ; and
13 WHEREAS, it is for the best interests of said City of San
14 Jacinto, that said deed be accepted by said City for the aforesaid
15 purposes:
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
17 deed dated August 31, 1966, executed by JOE TALLEY and LILLIE MAY
101TALLEY, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and by ROY STOUT and
19 OPAL STOUT, husband and wife, as joint tenants, conveying that cer-
201tain parcel of land situated in the City of San Jacinto, County of
21 '1Riverside, State of California, to wit:
22 The Southerly 10 feet of Lot 3 and of the West 40
feet of Lot 2 in Block 10 of the Town of San Jacinto,
231, as shown by Map on file in Book 7 page 329 of Maps,
San Diego County Records. t

The and the same is hereby accepted for the purposes and uses therein
" set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be

lattached to said deed and that the same be recorded in the office of

the County Recorder of the County of Riverside and filed in the

archives of the City of San Jacinto.
