I RESOLUTION NO. 698
2 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF
"ANNEXATION NO. 6" AS DESCRIBED IN
3 RESOLUTION NO. 694.

5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO:
i
6 1 . That the boundaries of the territory the Council pro-
7 poses to annex, identified as "Annexation No . 6" by resolution
8 No. 694 of this city are hereby modified to include an additional
9 adjacent parcel of approximately 17 acres in size .
10 2 . Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 694 of this city is I

11 hereby amended to read as follows :
72 3. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex
is hereby identified as "Annexation No. 6", and consists
13 of all that real property described as follows :
14 All that uninhabited territory situated in the County of
15 Riverside, State of California, and described as follows :

2 Viejo, as shown on Map of the San Jacinto Land Association, San Jacinto Rancho,

5 Beginning at the intersection of the center line of De Anza Drive (Formerly
6 Hollywood Drive) and the center line of Grand Avenue as shown on map, Record of
7 Survey Book 12, Page 25, Records of the Recorder, County of Riverside, said
8 portion of Grand Avenue having been vacated by the County of Riverside, by
9 Instrument No. 57015 dated May 31, 1966, said point also being on the present
10 city boundary line of the city of San Jacinto, California.
11 Thence N. 45° 22' 00" W., along the center line of De Anza Drive (Formerly
12 Hollywood Drive), a distance of 866.32 feet more or less, as shown on said map,
13 Record of Survey 'Book 12, Page 25, said center line also being the northeast line
14 of Lots No. 140 and 141, as shown on said map, Book 8, Page 357, Records of San
15 Diego County, California, to the northeasterly prolongation of the southeast
16 line of that certain parcel conveyed to Jimmy C. Merrifield, et ux, by Instrument '

17 point distant 552.22 feet, more or less, easterly from the northwest corner of said
