2 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE
OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
3 OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AND FIXING
THE LOCATION OF THE 013 ICES OF THE CITY
4 MANAGER, CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASUER
5 14HEREAS , the need for additional space has required the
6 City of San Jacinto to acquire additional office space in the
7 building located at 312 East Main Street, San Jacinto, California;
8 AND WHEREAS Section 2-1 of the City Code authorizes the City
9 Council to fix the time and place of its regular meetings by resolu-
10 tion;
11 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
12 City of San Jacinto this 1=day of .Tune 1966 as follows:
13 1 . The offices of the City Manager, City Clerk and City
14 Treasurer of the City of San Jacinto are hereby designated to be
15 located at 3010East Main Street, San Jacinto, California. Said offic s
16 shall be known as the City Hall.
17 2. The Council Chambers of the City Council of the City of
18 San Jacinto shall be the Courtroom of the San Jacinto Justice Court,
19 t 300 East Main Street, San Jacinto, California.effective July 15,19 6

20 3. /The City Council shall hold its regular meetings at 7:30
21 . M. on the Tuesday following the first Monday of each calendar
22 month, at the Council Chambers at the Courtroom of the San Jacinto
23 ustice Court at 300 East Main Street, San Jacinto, California.
