2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A DEED TO DANIEL R. GOMEZ AND JULIET
3 GOMEZ.
4 WHEREAS, the County of Riverside, State of California, ac-
quired title to certain property in the City of San Jacinto
5 incidental to the acquisition of right of way for the State Street
6 Project,
AND WHEREAS, the County of Riverside deeded title to the
7 City of San Jacinto to certain land along and adjacent to State
Street in the City of San Jacinto with the understanding that the
8 City of San Jacinto would convey said property at the direction of
9the County of Riverside, State of California,
AND WHEREAS, the County of Riverside, State of California,
10 has requested the City of San Jacinto to convey certain land as
described in a Quit Claim Deed, a copy of which has been marked
11 Exhibit "A" , which is referred to and incorporated herein by
reference, for the reason that the Grantees under said Deed have
12 purchased said property from the County of Riverside,
13 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto, State of California, in regular adjourned session
14 assembled this 14th day of June, 1966, that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the Quit Claim Deed to Daniel
15 R. Gomez and Juliet Gomez, Exhibit "A" hereto.
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall transmit the
Quit Claim Deed to the County of Riverside following the execution
17 thereof, together with a certified copy of this resolution.
18 ADOPTED the 14th day of June, 1966, and signed this �%z
19 day of June, 1966.
