RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF San Jacinto, California
ADOPTING A14D SL'Bi•IITTING A BUDGET FOR E;iPEIiDITURi OF
STATE ALLOCATED ENGINEERING FUNDS
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of San Jacinto , hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State of California, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
3-25 , 19 6L. for expenditure of State allocated
Section 2107,5 engineering funds; and
WHEREAS , the City Council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1956 -4 7 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto that said budget proposal dated
June 8 , 19 66 , be and is hereby adopted as the
budget of proposed expenditures of the State allocated engineering
funds, said budget proposal to be and the same is hereby approved and
the City Manager is directed to sign the same on

behalf of the said City and said budget proposal to be submitted to
the Department in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of
the Streets and Highways Code.
