21' A RESOLUTION OBJECTING TO THE PRIVATE SALE OF
REAL PROPERTY TAX-DEEDED TO THE STATE OF
3 CALIFORNIA AND AUTHORIZING THE AGREEMENT BY
1 THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO TO PURCHASE SAID LAND,

5 WHEREAS it has come to the attention of this City Council
I that certain real property, hereinafter described, is about to be
6 ' sold at private sale pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 7, Part
6, Division 1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of
7 ; California, after notice of sale having been published;
8s AND WHEREAS, this City Council determines that said real
9 property is necessary for the public use of the City of San Jacinto
as an alley;
10 ; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto, State of California, in special session assembled
11 this 27th day of January, 1966, after due notice in writing having
lbeen given to all councilmen and to all those members of the public
12 ! having previously requested notice of special meetings of this council,
gas follows :

1. That this body hereby objects to the private sale of the
14 tax-deeded real property described in Exhibit "A", here-
inafter described, as it is empowered to do under the
151 provisions of Section 3695 of the revenue and Taxation Code
16 ,,, 2 . That the Mayor, or in his absence, the Mayor Pro Tem. be
' and hereby are, authorized and directed to execute in

triplicate that certain proposed agreement for the pur-
chase of said real property pursuant to the provisions
18 of Chapter 8, Part 6, Division 1 of the Revenue and
19 Taxation Code. A copy of said agreement is attached
hereto, marked"Exhbit A" and is hereby incorporated
herein by reference.

3. The City Clerk is directed to certify to the adoption of
21 1, this resolution and to attest to the execution of the
attached agreement by the Mayor or the Mayor Pro Tem.
22 ' and to cause a certified copy of this resolution together
23 'I with one executed copy of Exhibit "A" to be filed with
the Board of Supervisors of Riverside County forthwith,
ii and to cause a certified copy of this resolution to-
24I' gether with one executed copy of Exhibit "A" to be filed
1 with the Tax Collector of Riverside County, State of
251 California, forthwith,
