SOLUTION NO.
211 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING E BORROWING OF
MONEY FROM UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK �

4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto desires
5 to purchase a new bookkeeping machine from National Cash Register
6 Company;
71 AND WHEREAS, the United California Bank has offered to lend
8 the sum of 4 for a period. of /
9 days at the rate of five (5%) per cent per annum interest to the
10 city of San Jacinto; and
11i WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of San Jacinto desires
12 to borrow said sum of money from the United California Bank in the
13 amount and, for the terms aforesaid pursuant to the authority of
14 Article 7 .6 of the Government Code of the State of Califo ia;

15 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City'
16 of San Jacinto, State of California, in regular adjourned session

Pierce, together with the city clerk, or the Deputy city Clerk,
20 Dorothy Isom, are hereby authorized and empowered to borrow the sumj
21 of from the United California Bank, at the rate
2211 of Five (5%) per cent per annum interest for a period of
23 days pursuant to the terms of the promissory note dated
2 1965, X'a copy of which is attached hereto
