z t A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF S!�N JACINTO, A CALIFORhIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 ORDERING THE VAC�ATION 2AND ALANDOND47UIT OCT' A
PORTION OF A CERTAIN UNN'AMED CITY STREET OR
4 ZRaSEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
5 The matter of the vacation and abandonment of the public
6 right of way of 'that certain portion of the unnamed street or
7 easement for road purposes over a part of the southwest corner
81 of San JacInto Street and Seventh Street in the City of San
9 Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California, more fi3ily
10 hereinafter described, having been heretofore proposed by the
11 City Council of said City in its Resolution *_NTo. 652, to which
iz , reference is hereby made-
131 And it appearing that said Resolution -No. 632 has been
141 published in the manner prescribed by law, and an Affidavit of
15 said publication having been duly filed. in -the records of the City
16 , Cler'K, of said City,
17 And it further appearing that proper notices have been
is duly posted as required by law, along the lines of the aforesaid
19 portion of said Lin-nwi,led city street or easement for road purposes
20 to be vacated, and a Declaration of said posting having been duly
21 filed in the records of the city Clerk of said City,
22 And the public hearing of all persons interested in or
23 objecting to the proposed vacation and abandoimnent having been
24 set -for 7-30 P.M. on the 7th day of September, 1965, at the San
25 jacinto city affices, 131 East Main Street, San Jacinto, Cali:Eorniap-
26 And said Public hearing having been duly called and
27 held at the aforesaid time and place,-
28 And no person appearing or objecting to the aforesaid
29 proposed vacation;-
30 And it appearing that from all the evidence submitted
31< it is desirable and appropriate that the right of way over 'said
32 portion of said can--Warned.. City' street or easement for road purposes
11 he vacated and abandoned as mentioned in said Resolution No. 652,-
2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY REZOLVED AMD
3 ORDERED that the public right of way over the hereinafter
4 specified portion of tin-named City street or easement for road
5 purposes and real property is unnecessary for present prospective
6 public use and for that reason-
7 IT IS HLUREBY ORDERED-
8 That, the public right of way for street and road purposes
9 over and on the hereinafter described real property be and the same
10 is hereby vacated and abandoned.
11 The real property over and on which the said right of way
12 for street and road purposes is hereby vacated and abandoned, is
13 described as follows:
14 in the City Of San Jacinto, county of Riverside,
15 State of California:
16 zlui easement in favor of the public over a strip of
17 land 60 feet in width, being 30 feet on each side of
18 a line running East and 14'est throuqh the center of
19 the following described property conveyed to the
20 County of San Diego for road purposes by Deed recorded
21 November 26, 1888, in Book 138, page 4-04 of Deeds, San
22 Diego county ,tecords-
23 The easterly 5 acres of Farm Lot 67 of the lands
24 of the San Jacinto Land Tissociation as shown by map
25 on file in Boob� 8t page 357 of Maps, San Diego Records.
26 MONMD, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 71 day of
