2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
INTER AGENCY SEWAGE AGREEMENT'
4' d( WHEREAS, there area reed for Valley Wide Planning in relation
5 to all agencies involved for sewage disposal in this area, and
6 WHEREAS, EMWD did became the logical planning agent and
7 showed cooperative leadership in thin area, an
8 WHEREAS, out of this planning and development there was
9, submitted to the people a bond issue for such development, and
10 WHEREAS, the people of San Jacinto voted approximately G to 1
1i in favor of this development, and
12 WHEREAS, the City of Sara Jacinto is an agency tied to the "
13 j system evolved, having set do is usage around July 1„ 1965 and is now

ying such services, and
is WHEREAS, the City of Son Jacinto has never executed a formal
16 contract 'because of lack or final determination of all changes; appliceble

i8 WHEREAS, it is now imperative that billing be implimented to
i9 f all Sari Jacinto people who have been twilled for sewer usage, and
20 ` WHEREAS, it is understood 'that further steady will be given to
21 the establishment of commercial 'rates schedules,
22 NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
