2 A RESOLUTION I FIXING THE CURB LINE ON
THE WEST SIDE OF SAN JACINTO STREET
31 SOUTH OF SEVENTH STREET.
4 1' WHEREAS the Division of Highways , State of California, has

5I� announced its intention to pave San Jacinto Street as part of State
,I
6I Highway 79 to the width of curbs in place on said street in the
7 ( fall of 1965
AND WHEREAS, the owners of that property adjoining the San
9 Jacinto Street on the west and south of Seventh Street to a point
I
10 south of the Richfield Service Station have by agreement executed
11 on or about May 6, 1965 , agreed to relocate the curb now in place
12 to a point eight feet west of the present curb location;;
13I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
I
14 of San Jacinto, State of California, in regular session assembled
15 this 20th day of July, 1965 , that the location of the curb and
1`6 gutter on the west side of San Jacinto Street in the City of San I
17 Jacinto south of Seventh. Street is fixed at a point approximately E
Ig eight feet west of the 'location of the presently-installed curb .

19 The Superintendent of Public Works shall fix the exact location of '
20 the curbs to 'allign with presently installed curb return at the
21 , intersection of Seventh and San Jacinto Streets .
22 ADOPTED the 20th day of July, 1965, and signed this day
23 of July, 1965 .
