A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPOINTING THE CITY
MANAGER ITS AGENT TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT
TO CERTAIN DEEDS OR GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California empower the City Council to auth-
orize an officer to consent to and to accept deeds or grants conveying
any interest in or easement upon real estate to a municipality;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, State of California, in regular session this first
day of June, 1965, that the City Manager of the City of San Jacinto be
and is hereby appointed and authorized as the agent of the City of San
Jacinto to consent to and to accept deeds or grants conveying any in-
terest in or easement upon real estate to the City of San Jacinto where
said real estate is adjacent to existing accepted public rights of way,
streets and highways and said interest is to be used for public rights
of way. The City Manager shall indicate his consent to and acceptance
in behalf of the City of San Jacinto in the manner provided by law.
ADOPTED the lst day of June, 1965, and signed this
day of June, 1965 .
