51 WHEREAS, a hearing was duly held before the City Council of

6 the city of San or shoton March 16, 1965 to determine whether C
7 the owners of a majority of the territory of San jacinto Annexation
8 No. 5 have protested said e.nnexation,
9 AND WHERZAS, the hearing was recessed and continued until
10 March 30,9 1965, and at that time evidence was offered showing the
11 owners of a majority of the territory within said annexation had duly
12 protested-,
13 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the
14 city of San Jacinto;
151� 1. That the owners Of a majority of the territory located
16 ,Iwlthin the proposed annexation designated "'San Jacinto Annexation
17 No. 511 have a-uj,ly filed protests aga-1-nst the annexation.
18 2, 111his Resolution is adopted pursuant to the requirements
19 of Section 35121.1 of the Government Code.
