4 session this 16th day of March 1965 resolves as follows-

That the Mayor is herely authorized and instyuct& to

nxecute the agreement of governments within Southern California
to associate as an organization known as Southern Califonaia

Association of Governments. A copy of said agreement is attach
9
ed hereto marked Exhibit ''Att and is incorporated herein by
id
reference.

The City Clerk is instructed to mail an executed copy

of the agreement to We appropriate representative of the
13
Southern California Association of Governments with a copyy of

this resolution.
