21i A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
O SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, DECLARING
3i CERTAIN STREET, SIDEWALKS AND PARCELS OF PRIVATE
MI, PROPERTY AS PUBLIC NUISANCES, AND TO BE SEASONAL
AND RECURRENT NUISANCES DUE TO WEEDS.
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works, having heretofore
jbecn designated by the body, to perform the duties imposed by Arti-
6 `';1cle 2 of Division 3 of Title 4 of the Government Code, has submitted
- I1to this body evidence that noxious and dangerous weeds are growing
711upon or adjacent to streets on land located in the City of San Jac-
into, and that said weeds grow seasonally and recur from time to
time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council elects to cause the abatement of
0 � said weeds under the authority of Article 2 hereinabove cited
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
iof San Jac nto, State of---California, in regular session assembled
this �e day of G_'C �1 as follows :
1. That the City Council of said city finds that certain
13 � noxious and/or dangerous weeds are growing upon or in front of land
near streets , as hereinafter described, that said noxious and/or
14 ;4dangerous weeds are a public nuisance, and that the same are recur
- 11rent from time to time as a seasonal occurrence.
�5I 2 . The City Council therefore declares these weeds to be a
, public nuisance by authority granted to it by Section 39561 of the
� 61' Government Code at the locations within the City of San Jacinto,

County of Riverside, State of California, as described in Exhibit
lli "All affixed to this resolution which is incorporated herein by
reference as fully and completely as if it were set forth at enguh
18 herein.
3 . The City Clerk shall cause notice of this resolution to-
gether with notice of the time for hearing of objections to the
20 � findings herein to be mailed as required by the provisions of Sec-
' tion 39567 . 1 of the Government Code.
