6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CONSENTING TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
7 PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN INHABITED
TERRITORY: DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION NO. 11"

in the files of the City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto was

11 presented to the City Council of the City of 'San Jacinto
121 recluesting the council to give its consent to the commence-

meat of annexation,proceedings in connection with that certain

inhabited territory therein referred to and generally de-

scribed, which is contigous" to the City of San Jacinto, and

WHEREAS, said petition was referred to the Planning

Commission of the City of San Jacinto for investigation,
report and recommendation and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission rendered its report. and

recommendation to the council on the llth day of March, 1969.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

City of San Jacinto:

1 That consent be and hereby is granted for the commence-

ment of annexation proceedings in connection with said inhabited

1 territory in accordance with the Annexation Act of 1913.

2. That said unincorporated territory be and hereby is

designated as "ANNEXATXON NO 11" and is described as follows :
