A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE WAGE RATE SCHEDULE,
EXHIBIT "C" OF RESOLUTION NO. 727 RELATING TO
3 PERSONNEL REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO '
WHEREAS, a wage rate schedule was established for personnel
of the City of San Jacinto by Resolution No. '765 adopted in February,
5 1968, modifying a <wage ,rate 'schedule that had been adopted by
Resolution No. 727 ; and;
WHEREAS, the rise in the cost of living that has occurred
7 since February, 1968 requires adjustment of the wage rate schedule
to compensate the employees of the City of San Jacinto for their
services ; and
9i WHEREAS, this Council by motion authorized the City Manager
to advise the city employees that wages would be increased five (5%)
10 percent effective the pay period commencing February 1968; and
11 WHEREAS, a revised wage rate schedule has been presented
to the CityCouncil for Adoption,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
13 City of San Jacinto in regular adjourned session this 18th day of
February, 1969 as follows :
1. Exhibit "C" to Resolution No. 727 is here amended by
15 deletion of the former wage rate schedule and the substitution
thereof of the new' wage `rate schedule, marked Exhibit "C" which is
16 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference .
17 2. The new wage rate schedule shall be effective for the
payroll ;period commencing February 16, 1969, the date the city
18 employees were advised that a raise would be effective.
19 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall substitute the new Exhibit "C" in the Personnel
20 Regulations adopted by Resolution No. 727 .
