2 3. Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of February 1969 , a

11 general, terms. If it be fDund that the protest is not made by public and
12 1 private owners equal to one-half of the value of the territorV9 further
13 1 proceedings shall be taken in accordance with the law for the holding of
14 such special election,
15 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
16rI and cause the same to be published in the Valley Register two weeks prior
7 to the hearing and to cause copies of this resolution to be posted in at

18 !, leasL three public places within the said territory proposed to be annexed
19 hereafter described at least ten days prior to the hearing. The public
20 places shall lie within wa reasonable proximity to the public rights of V
21 adjacent to the improved roads as follows-. (I) on the southeast corner of

W2nUe and Shaver Street; (2) on the south
23 side of Shaver Street at the prolongation of Jordan Avenue and (3) on the
