RESOLUTION NO. 802
21 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE POLICY OF THE
CITY OF SPIT JACINTO TO COLLECT FOR DAMAGES
31 RESULTING FROM AN INTENTIONALLY CAUSED FIRE
AND VANDALISM RESULTING FROM LOSS AND DAMAGE
A� TO THE CITY OF SAY JACIN'TO
WHEREAS, vandalism and .intentional wrongs have resulted it
Q more and more damage and loss to the tax payers of the City of San
rl Jacinto not only as a result of vandalism to City owned property
8 including acts of destruction with City operated rest rooms, the
stealing and damage of sprinkler systems and the destruction of
10 windows but in the intentional causing of fires in the City of ,Sail'
11II Jacinto, thereby requiring the services of the police department
i
12 and'd the fire acpartment of the City of San Jacinto to put out the
I
14 -NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of San Jacinto, sip:
15 Ling in regular session this 7th day of January, 1069, that it shall
16 be the policy of the City of San Jacinto that -tine city administra
17 tion shall take all reasonable steps to collect for damages to the
18 property of the City of San Jacinto and for expenses incurred` by
19 the City of San Jacinto by reason of intentionally caused damage
20 � committed in or near the City of San Jacinto;
