31 RESOLUTION NO. 784
4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITE
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY.,
5 ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A
PORTION OF A CERTAIN UNNAMED CITY STREET OR
6 EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES
7 The matter of the vacation and abandonment of the public right
13lof way of that certain portion of the unnamed street or easement
9Jfor road purposes lying between San Jacinto and Santa Fe Streets and
0 parallel to Seventh Street in the City of Sari Jacinto, County of
11 Riverside, State of California, more fully hereinafter described,

12 ', having been heretofore proposed by the City Council of said City

13 in its Resolution No , 778, to which reference is iaereby made;
14 And it appearing that said Resolution No. 778 has been publish-
15 ed. in the manner prescribed by law, and: an Affidavit of said =publica
15j tion and of posting thereof having been duly filed in the records
17 , of the City Clerk of said City;
181 And. it 'further appearing that proper novices have been duly
19 pasted as required by law, along the lines of the aforesaid portion
201 of said un-named city street or easement for road purposes to be
21Ii vacated and a Declaration of said posting having been duly filed
22 in the records of the City Clerk of said City;
23) And the public hearing of all persons interested in or object-
241' ing to the proposed vacation and abandonment having been set for
251 7 :30 P.M. on the 4th day of June, 1968, at the Courtroom of the
26 San Jacinto Justice Court, 300 East Main Street, San Jacinto, Calif-
27i oria;
28 And said public hearing having been duly called and held at
29 the aforesaid time and place;
301 And no person`.:, appearing or objecting to the aforesaid proposedi
31 ,1 vacation;
g2 And it appearing that from all the evidence submitted it is

lI desirable and appropriate that the right of way over said portion
21 of said un-named City street or easement for road purposes be vaca-
3 I ted and abandoned as mentioned in said Resolution No. 778;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS F1EREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED as
51 follows
6 (1) That the public right of way over the hereinafter specifi-
ed portion of un-named City Street or easement for road purposes
8 and real property is unnecessary for present prospective public use
5 and for that reason:
1_0 (2) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
11 (a) That the public right of way 'for street and road
12 purposes over and on the hereinafter described real pro-
13 perty be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
14 (b) The real property over and on which the said right

15 ) of way for street and road purposes is hereby vacated
16 and abandoned, is described as follows :
17 In the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside,
18 it State of California:
19i An easement in favor of the public over a strip
20 of land :60 feet in ,width, being 30 feet on each side
of a line running East and West through the center
of the following described property conveyed to the
21 � County of San Diego for street purposes by Deed re-
corded November 26,; 1888 in Book 138, page 464, of
22 Deeds, San Diego County Records ;
231! Farm Lot 67 of the lands of the San Jacinto Land Asso-
ciation as shown by map on file in Book 8, page 357,
24 of maps , San Diego Records .
25 EXCEPTING the easterly five acres thereof.
26 (3); The City Clerk is instructed to certify to the adoption of
27 this resolution and to cause a certified copy hereof to be recorded
28 ' with the office of the County Recorder, Riverside County,
