Whereas, by Resolution No. 77 , the City Counca.l
41) of the City of San Jacinto did find certain noxious and/or dangerous
weeds to be growing in or upon or adjacent to the streets, side-
5 walks, and private property in this City and declared the sane to
6 be a public nuisance;
And whereas by the same resolution the City Council ealledI

And whereas notice of said resolution and of said hearing
lO was duly posted in accordance with Sections 39564 to 39567, inclusive,
of t3ae Government Code, State of California;
And whereas said hearing was duly held and ob-
1211 jections were made to the proposed removal of weeds a sa nearing,

13 And whereasthe City Council of the City of San Jacinto
I finds that noxious and/or dangerous weeds are growing in or upon

1. All objections made to the proposed removal of weeds
are hereby overruled except as follows: iJane f

2. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby ordered
22 to cause the abatement and removal of the weeds described on or
adjace,nt to `the real property described in Attachment "Atl to Resolu-,
Pj
Lion 1o. 7 in accordance with the procedure of Section 39572 ,

et seq. o�the�overnnzent Code®
3. The Superintendent of Public Works shall keep an+ account
25 of the cost to abate the public nuisances herein directed and to
submit his itemized written report to this Council as required by
26 law.
4. The City Clerk is directed to set a public hearing for
hearing the report of the Superintendent of Public Works as herein
'S ( direc ued at least three days later than the filing of the sport
�1 in her o fice by the Superintendent of Public tiVorks. The City Cle

shall post a copy of said. report at least three days prior to the
hearing on the same on or near the Chamber Door of this City Council
