RESOLUTION NO. 778
2 �1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,; DECLARING
3 ITS INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN UN-NAMED STREET OR EASEMENT FOR STREET
4 PURPOSES .
5 WHEREAS, it is desirable and appropriate that a portion of the
un-named street or easement for street purposes over a part of the

Southeast corner of Saris Fe Avenueand Seventh Street in the City
Of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State or California, more fully
7 'iihereinafter described, be vacated and abandoned for the reason that
Isad portion of said street or easement is unnecessary for preset-
3 ,, prospective public use .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
D �ICouncil of the City of San Jacinto sitting in regular session this
10II7th day of May, 1968 as follows :
lll' (1) That the City Council of. the City of San Jacinto hereby
12ideclares its intention to vacate and abandon said portion of said
street or easement.
131 (2); That 7 :30 P.M. on the 4th day of June, 1968, at the Court-
iroom of the Justice Court, 300 East Main. Street, San Jacinto, Calif-
l4 ' ornia, is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing of
fall persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and.

16 �1 (3) Said portion of said street or easement is described. as

An easement in favor of the public over a strip of
18 � laud 60 feet in width, being 30 feet on each side of
1� a line running East and West through the center of the
following described property conveyed to the County of
20 San Diego for street purposes by Deed recorded Novem-
ber 26, 1888, in Book138, page 464, of Deeds, San
21 Diego County Records :
Farm Lot' 67 of the lands of the San Jacinto Land Associ-
2? ation as shown by map on file in Book 8, page_'357, of
23 maps, Sari Diego Records .

EXCEPTING the _,asterly five acres thereof.
