2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITE' OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA
3 ( MUNICIPALITY DECLARING CERTAIN STREETS,
SIDEWALILS AND PARCELS OF PRIVATE PROPERTY
AS PUBLIC NUISANCES.

5E WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works, having hereto-
fore been designated by the body, to perform the duties imposed by
v Article III of Division 3 of Title 4 of the Government Code, has
submitted to this body evidence that noxious and dangerous weeds
# < are growing upon or adjacent to streets and parcels of land located
in the City of San Jacinto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council elects to cause the abatement
9 ;I of said weeds under the authority of Article III hereinabove cited;

1Q ' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, State of California, in regular session

12 1. That the City Council of said city finds that certain
noxious and/or dangerous weeds are growing upon or adjacent to
3.3i streets, lots and blocks hereinafter described and that said noxious
and/or dangerous weeds are a public nuisance.
rE 2 . The City Council therefore declares these weeds to be
a public nuisance by authority granted to it by Section 39351 of
the Government Code at the locations within the City of San JacintoE,
16l( County of Riverside, State of California, as described in Attach-
County went "A" affixed to this resolution which is incorporated herein by'
17 reference as fully and completely as if it were set forth at lengih,
herein.

3 . The Superintendent of Public Works shall cause notice of
19i this resolution together with notice of the time for hearing o�
objections to the findings herein to be posted as required by law.
