1( RESOLUTION NO. 767
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
31 CANVASS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO
BE HELD ON THE 9TH DAY OF APRIL;, 1968, TO BE
MADE BY THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF SAN
6ii JACINTO.
fi WHEREAS, a regular general municipal election will be held
71 and conducted in the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, Stat
8 of California, on Tuesday, the 9th day of April, 1968, as required
91 by law; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires the canvass
ill of said election to be made by the City Clerk of said City;
12 � NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
13 CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY, RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
14 FOLLOWS :
15 SECTION 1 . That pursuant to Section 22932 .5 of the Elec-
16 tions Code of the State of California, the canvass of the regular
17 general municipal election to be held in the City of Sara Jacinto,
18 County of Riverside, State of California, on Tuesday, the 9th day
19 of April, 1968, is hereby ordered to be made by the City Clerk of
20jl, the City of San Jacinto;
21iI SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of said City shall prior
22 to the 16th day of April, 1968, complete the canvass of the regular

231 general municipal election to be held in the said City on the 9th
24 _ day of April, 1968, and shall certify the results to this said City '
25 Council on the 16th day of April, 1968 .
26 SECTION 3 . That the City ;Clerk shall certify to the;pass-
27 age and adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the
28 book of original Resolutions of said City, and shall make a minute
29 of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceed®
30 ings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the meet-
31 ing at which the same is passed and adopted.
