l RESOLUTION NO. 765
2 ; A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE WAGE RATE
3 SCHEDULE, EXHIBIT "C" OF RESOLUTION
NO. 727 RELATING TO PERSONNEL REGU-
LATIONS OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO

5 WHEREAS, a wage rate schedule was established for personnel
, of the City of San Jacinto by resolution No. 727 adopted in April, ;
61, 1967, confirming a 'wage rate :schedule that had been adopted in
1966; and
WHEREAS the rise in the cost of living that has occurred
6I, since April, ;1967 requires adjustment of the wage rate schedule
to compensate the employees of the City of San Jacinto for their
services; and
10�, WHEREAS, a revised wage rate schedule has been presented
11Ito the City Council for Adoption;
it NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT: RESOLVED by the City .Council of the
1'2 City of San Jacinto in regular adjourned session this 20th day of
13 February, 1968 as follows :
1 . Exhibit 1°Cf° to Resolution No. 727 is here amended by
14 deletion of the former wage rate schedule and the substitution
thereof of the new wage rate 'schedule, marked Exhibit "C" which is
1-5 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference .
16 2 . The new wage rate schedule shall be effective for the
17 payroll period commencing February 1, 1968 , the date whenn the City
employees were advised that a raise would be forthcoming
16 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
1 resolution and shall substitute the new Exhibit "Ca" in the Personnel
Regulations adopted by Resolution No. 727 .
20 ADOPTED the 20th day of February, 1968 and 'signed. this 5th
21 day of M I,Ach 1968 .
