2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CONSENTING TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
3 PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN IN-
4 HABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION NO. 911
511 WHEREAS, certain residents of the territory hereinafter
, described indicated their desire to annex to the city of San Jacinto
6 '1and requesting the city' council 's consent to the commencement of
7 ! annexation proceedings ; and

WHEREAS, the said proposed annexation proceeding was refer-
6 ' red to the Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto for' in-
Ivestigation and report and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting ;of December 14, ' 1967 and
1011january ;'11, 1968 the Planning Commission rendered its report and
irecommendation, to assist the council in these proceedings, favor
�iii recommending, the proposed annexation, and
121 WHEREAS, this council did give its consent to the commence-
j ment of proceedings for the annexation of said territory by its i
13 : Resolution_No . 755 , and
14 WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of Riverside
County on or about January 17 , 1968 consented to the annexation

proceedings of said territory; and
16 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to give its
17 unqualified consent to the commencement of the annexation proceed
pings following the receipt of the report and recommendation of the
is lPlanning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, ' BE IT RESOLVED in regular adjourned session
19 this 20th day of February, 1968 that the City, Council of the City
of San Jacinto hereby ratifies all previous consents and its con- t
20 sent be and is hereby granted for the commencement of annexation
21 proceedings in connection with said inhabited territory in accord-
ance with the Annexation Act of 1913 .
22i Be it further resolved that the said unincorporated terri-
tory be and is hereby designated as "Annexation No. 9" and is con
t'inguous to the Cityof San Jacinto and is described as; follows :

ship 4 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in said Riverside County, State of California,

12; Beginning at the most Southeasterly corner of said farm
lot 73, also being point of the center lines of San
13 Jacinto Avenue and Esplanade Avenue;

farm lots 73, 71 and 69 to the most Northeasterly corner
