I RESOLUTION NO . 762
2 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETED PLANNINT
DOCUMENTS PREPARED WITH AN ADVANCE FROM THE
3 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER THE TERMS OF
PUBLIC LAW 560, ;83RD CONGRESS OF THE UNITED
4 STATES, AS AMENDED.
51 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto, a California Manic _pality
6 i accepted an offer from the United States Government for :an advabdce
7i for preparation of planning documents pertaining to a public wort:
CI' described as Project No. P Calif. 3360, Contract No. H®602-3714,
911for the proposed construction of a' civic center building to consist

10 of city hall, police department and fire: station; and
11i WHEREAS, Ruhnau, Evans & Steinmann was engaged to prepare the
12Iplanning documents for the aforesaid public cork, and said architect
13 and/or engineer has completed documents and submitted them for ap-
14 pxoval; and
15 ( WHEREAS; the completed planning documents ;:Aare been carefully`
16 studied and are considered to comprise adequate planning of t:he
17 public work essential to the community and within the financial
1:8i ability ;of the City of San Jacinto to construct;
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coaicil of the Cite
20 of San Jacinto, the governing body of said applicant, that the

21I planning documents submitted by Ruhnau, Evans & Steinmann as the
22
basis for detailed planning of the civic center building, consisting
i
231, of a city hall, police department and fire station dated �
2411 and the statements in Forte CFAm430, Re-
n
25 quest for Review and Approval of Planning Documents, in connection
26 with Housing ;and Doane Finance Agency Project No . P Calif . 3660 be
27 and the same are hereby approved, and that certified copies of this
28 resolution, be f_il_ed with the Housing and Home Finance Agency;
?9 ADOPTED the fod day of February, 1968, and signed this
30 day of February, 19654

12 1. That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of
13 'ithe resolution as finally adopted at a meeting of the governing
14 body on the 6th day of February, 1965, and duly recorded in. my
15 office;
16 2 < That said 'meeting was duly convened and held in all respect
17 in accordance with law and to the extent required by law due and
18 1 proper notice of such meeting was given; that a legal quorum was
19 present throughout the meeting, and a legally sufficient number of
20 members of the governing body voted in the proper manner and for the
21 adoption of said resolution; that all other requirements' and pro-
22 ceedings under the law incident to the proper adoption or passage of
23 said resolution, including publication, if rewired., have been. duly �
24 fulfilled, carried out, and otherwise observed, and that I am author
25 ized to execute this certificate;
