2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL' OF, THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 ACCEPTING A DEED IN FEE SIMPLE

5li WHEREAS, ;a deed to certain property in the City of San Jacinto,
6 County of Riverside', State of California, has been duly executed
74 , by ALEXANDER BANGER, a widower, as Grantor, to the City of Sari
8 Jacinto, as Grantee, in `fee simple;: and

WHEREAS, it is for the best interests of; said City of San
10 Jacinto, that said deed be accepted by said City:
1.1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that. the ,grant
12 deed dated January '12, 1.968, executed by ALEXANDER 'BANGER, a widower
13 conveying that certain parcel of land situated in the City of San
14 Jacinto, , County of Riverside , State of California, to wit :
15 The Northerly 30 feet of that portion of Tract XXV of the
I6 Partition of the Rancho San Jacinto Vie]o as shown by Map
on file in the office of the County Clerk of San Diego
County and as shown. by Decree in Partition of said Rancho
171 recorded in Book 43 page 1.61 of Deeds, San Diego County
Records, described as follows :

Beginning at the Southeast corner ®i said Tract XXV; thence

552 feet, to the South Line of Seventh Street, the same
2� I being; also the North Line of said Tract XXV; thence West,

line of Hewitt Street, formerly called San Jacinto Street;
