2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF SAN JACINTO REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPER-
3 VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE :TO PERMIT
THE COUNTY CLERK OF SAID COUNTY TO RENDER
4 SPECIFIED SERVICES TO THE CITY OF 'SAN JACINTO,
RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF A GENERAL MUNICIPAL
5 ELECTION TO BE MELD IN SAID CITY ON APRIL 9, 1_968 .
6) WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election is to be held in the City
of San Jacinto on April 9, 1968 ; and
81' WHEREAS, in the course of conduct of said election and in re-
g 'llation thereto it will be necessary to mail sample ballots and poll- '
10 � in }dace cards to the registered voters of the City and it will
11 � facilitate such mailing if the County Clerk of the County or River-
121side will prepare and furnish the City the imprinting of the names
13land addresses of the registered voters of said City on envelopes

14Ifurnished by the City and insert therein sample ballots and polling
151place cards ; will place all envelopesin zip-coded mail bags , advise
16ICity Clerk of the number of pieces to be mailed, prepare POD Form
17I3602, 18Statement of Mailing Matter With Permit Imprints" and advise
18lthe City Clerk when work is complete so delivery can be arranged;
19 and.
20 WHEREAS, all necessary expense in performing this service shall
-11be ' paid by the City of San Jacinto;
22 NOWTHEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto does
23 1 hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows : I�

24 1 SECTION 1 . That pursuant to the provisions of Section. 22003 of
25 the Elections; Code of the State of California, this City Council
26lihereby requests the Board. of Supervisors of said County to permit
27 the County Clerk to prepare and furnish to said City, for use in
28 eondu-.i - ,g; said election to be held on April 9, 1968, the imprinting
29 !! of the names and addresses of the registered voters of said City, on

4 SECTION 2 . That said City shall reimburse said County for
51 services performed when the work is completed and upon presentation
