RESOLUTION No. 755
RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF° SAN ,JACINTO TO
CONSENT TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN IN SITED

WHEREAS certain residents within the territory hereinafter des-1
CIjcribed have started their desire that said territory be annexed to the!
7` i City of Sara Jacinto, and
WHEREAS, a petition to annex said territory may not be circolat-�
£) l� ed by the proponents until the same has been approved by the Local
enc Formation Commission of Riverside Coassaty, and floe Council of

111the city of Sam Jacinto desires that the same be submitted to the
12 iLocal Agency Formation Commission for approval.

24; 2 . The Planning and Development Assistant of the City of Sara
255I Jacinto is hereby directed to file with the Boundary Commission and
- with the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Riverside,
' iState of California, this proposal to annex the hereinafter described
;;off; inhabited territory to the City of Sacs Jacinto;, and to request ap-
"? `1 proval of the Local Agency Formation. Commission as provided for in
Sections 35002 of the Government Code .

1forty days of the adoption of this Resolution. The City Council her -
2�!by declares that it does not intend to give final consent to the sai
3 annexation until the requirements of Section 35108 or Section 35109
41 of the Government Code have been fulfilled.
5 4. The territory which the Council proposes to annex is hereby
6 identified as Annexation No. 9 and consists of all that real proper
7 ty described as follows:
8I All of farm lots 71 and 73 and a portion of farm lot 69
of the San Jacinto Land Association as shown by map on
g file in Book 8, Page 357 of Maps, Records of San Diego
County, State of California, being in Section 35, Town-
101 ship 4 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in said Riverside County, State of California,
11 being more particularly described as follows :
12 Beginning at the most Southeasterly corner of said farm
lot 73, also being point of the center lines of San
13 Jacinto Avenue and Esplanade Avenue;
141!1 Thence Northerly along the most Easterly lines of said
farm lots 73, 71 and 69 to the most Northeasterly corner

of said farm lot 69, also being the center line of San
Jacinto Avenue;

Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of the Easterly
17 one-half of said farm lot 69, to the center point of the
said Northerly line of said farm lot 69;

Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of the Easterly
19 one-half of said 'farm lot 69, to the Northerly line of
said farm lot 71, also center point of said Northerly

21 Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of the Westerly
one-half of said farm lot 71, to the Northwesterly corner

23 Thence Southerly along the Westerly lines of said farm
lots 71 and 73, also being the center line of Santa Fe

also being the point of center lines of Santa Fe Avenue
