FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE; HIGH14AY FUND TO CITIES
VJHERL.�S , a master agreement has been executed by the
City of San Jacinto _ 4 hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State of California, Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways , hereinafter referred to as the Departmcnt , on
August 10, ' 19 61 for expenditure of State allocated
funds; and
WHEREASp the City Council has prepared budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during, the 197-68 fiscal year, and
i^lHEHEAS , the City Council has heard read said budget proposal.
and is familiar with the contents thereof'
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Jacinto that said budget proposal dated
October 13 s 1967 , be and is hereby adopted as the
budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities,
said budget proposal be, and the sane is hereby approved and the
City Manager is directed to sign the same on

Department in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the
