A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIxE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO A CALIFORNIA
3JNICIPALT77, DECLARING
'CERTAIN STREETS,
SIDEWALKS AND PARCELS OF PRIVATE PROPERTY
AS PUBLIC NUISANCES.

6 WHEREAS the Superintendent of Public Works, having hereto- �
fore been designated Dy the- body, to perform the duties imposed by
si Article III of Division 3 of 'title 4 of the Government Code, has
I su';mitted to this body evidence that noxious and dangerous weeds , 1
7 are growing upon or adjacent, to streets and parcels of land locaed)
in the City of San Jacinto; and

WT7REAS, the City Council elects to cause the abatement
9 of said weeds under the authority of Article III hereinabove cited;

7.0 NOW TNEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

?� I 1. That the City Council of said city finds that certain
noxious and/or dangcrous weeds are growing upon or adjacent to i
streets, lots and blocks hereinafter described and that said noxious

and/or dangerous weeds are a public nuisance .

2. The City Council therefore declares these weeds to be
1511 a public nuisance by authority granted to it by Section 39561 of
the Government Code at the locations within theCity of San Jacinto
:16 County of Riverside, State of California, as described in Attach-
ment P7A7° affixed to this resolution which is incorporated herein by
17 reference as fully and completely as if it were set forth at length

3. The Superintendent of Public Works shall cause notice of
