2 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN
INTERSECTIONS IN TIDE CITY OF SAN
3j JJACINTO AS STOP INTERSECTIONS.

WHEREAS it has been reported by the Traffic Engineer of the

I City of San Jacinto that certain intersections require designation

as stop intersections due to the opening of Grand Avenue between

Ramona and Idyllwild Street in the City of San Jacinto;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED in regular session this 8th �

day of August, 1967, by the 'City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
10
pursuant to the authority of Section. 21351 et seq. of the California
11 '
Vehicle Code and of Section 17 of Ordinance 358 of the City of San
12
Jacinto®as follows -
13 1. The City Council hereby ratifies and approves the finding
14
15 ) recommendation and designation of the Traffic Engineer and hereby
directs the Traffic Engineer to so designate the following two
16
intersections as stop intersections and to establish stop signs
17 I
at the points hereinafter described:
18
a. To establish stop sign on the southeast corner of
19
the intersection of Grand Avenue with Idyllwild Drive halting
20
traffic northbound on Grand Avenue at said intersection.
21
b. To establish a stop sign on the northwest corner of
the intersection of Grand Avenuewith Ramona Avenue thereby ;
23
halting traffic southbound on Grand Avenue.

2. All of the foregoing stop intersections are located in
25
the City; of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California,
26
and the Traffic Engineer is hereby directed to cause appropriate

signs to be erected as stated herein. I
