2 A'RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE
3 COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN PUBLIC
NUISANCES.

5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto by
6 its Resolution No. 72B determined after a Public Hearing duly
held and published under the _provisions of Section 39567 .1 of the
7 Government Code that certain public nuisances existed upon or
adjacent to streets, sidewalks and parcels of private property
8 within the City of San Jacinto, and by motion duly passed, ordered
'the Superintendent of Streets, also known asthe Superintendent
9 of Public Works, to abatethe same;
10 AND WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works caused the
said public nuisances to be abated and filed with the office of
11 the City Clerk of the-City of San Jacinto on - J1,7LI,r Ia., 1967
his itemized written report showing the cost of the abatement of the
12 , public nuisances in front of or on each separateparcel of _land
where the work was done by him and a copy of that report together
13 'I with a notice of a public hearing to be held concerning that report
was posted as required by the provisions of Section 39575 of the
14 !; Government Code;

17 a public hearing was duly held by the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto, to determine whether the report of the Superintendent
of Public Works should be accepted and confirmed concerning his

cost to abate the public nuisances and evidence was heard whether
19 or not the report was a true account of said cost.
20 AITID WHEREIb_a, no protests were made or filed.
21 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of 'San Jacinto, State of California, in regular session
22
assembled this 2 5th daa of July 19617

1. That the report of the Superintendent of Public Works
24 also known as the Superintendent of Streets showing his costs-to
abate the public nuisances as determined by resolution number 728
25 of this city be and is hereby accepted and confirmed in accordance
with the provisions of Section 39576 of the Government Code.

2VI 2. The City Clerk is directed to certify to the adoption
, of this resolution andshall cause a copy of this resolution to- i
28
gether with a certified copy of the report of the Superintendent
of Public Works to be filed with the County Auditor of the County
29 of Riverside on or 'before August 10, 19 67 .
