A Resolution Authorizing the Borrowing
of Money from the United California Bank
I WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto has contracted far borrowing maneY
2 to properly pay aff the fire truck from SeagrsvRs Coipar .tirin and,
3 WHEREAS, Unitsd Cajifarnis Bank has offered to lend the sum of $14,000
4 for the present budget year at the rate of four and one—half percent (4ki)
5 per annum to the City of San Jacinto and,
6 WHEREAS, it I's necessary for a new note to be iss"Bd for this new
