51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DEDICATING CERTAIN MUNICIPALLY OWNED
REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSESs
7 : WHEREAS that certain street located in the City of San
i Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California, known as Sixth
8 Street at the intersection with Pico Street was included in Assess-
ment District 65-3 of the City of San Jacinto for improvement, in-
91 cluding the widening of the street and the installation of a longer
radius curb return on the southeast corner of the intersection of
10 Sixth and Pico Streets in said city; and
11.1 WHEREAS a portion of real property at said corner is needed
kway, sidewalks and curb returns at said intersection which

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the

1. The real property hereafter described is hereby dedicated
15 by the City of San Jacinto for street purposes and public right-of-
way.
2. Said real property is located in the City of San Jacinto;
1`° I County of Riverside, State of California, and is more particularly
described as follows :
That portion of Lot 1, Block 24 of the Town of
San Jacinto as shown by Map on file in Book 7
of Maps Page 329 Records of San Diego County,
California being more particularly described
as follows :

Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1,
2v said Northwest corner being also the intersection
of the South right-of-way line of Sixth Street
with the East right-of-way line of Pico Avenue;
25 Thence South 00001 ' 29" West along the West line
of said Lot, 1 a distance of 15 .00 feet to a point ,
26 said point being the beginning of a curve concave
to the Southeast and having a radius of 15.00 feet ;

Thence Northeasterly along said curve a distance
