ANNEXATION TO CITY OF SAN JACINTO OF

4 GIVING NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE FOR
HEARING OF PROTESTS THERETO.
r BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN 'JACINTOa
1 . That, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of i

8 Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, a petition signed by owners of

9 all of the land in the hereinafter described territory, by area and `!
10� bw,, assessed value as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of j
11 the County of Riverside, was filed with the Council of the City of

12� San Jacinto on May` 2, 1967, requesting annexation of the hereinafter;

described territory to said City.

annexed to the City of San Jacinto and which said City and its f
1 Council propose to annex, is situate in the County of Riverside,

All that uninhabited territory situated in the County of Riverside,
State of California, and described as follows :
That portion of Farm Lot 154 of the lands of the San Jacinto Land
Association as shown by Map on file in Book 8 of Maps, Page 357 ,
Records of San Diego County, California, being in Section 34, T4S,
R1W3 S.B.B. & M. , and being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Farm Lot 154, said North-
west corner being also the center line intersection of Cottonwood
Avenue and Elizabeth Avenue, formerly known as Palm Avenue;
Thence Easterly along the North line of said Farm Lot 154, being
also along the center line of said Cottonwood Avenue, a distance
of 552.22 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary line of
Annexation No 6 to the City of San Jacinto per Ordinance No. 439
of said City
Thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Annexation No. 6
to the City of San Jacinto a distance of 1290 feet, more or less,
to the South line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the
City of San Jacinto by deed recorded December 21, 1936 as Instru-
ment No 1407, Records of Riverside County, California;
Thence Westerly along the Westerly prolongation'of the South line
of said City of San Jacinto parcel a distance of 552.22 feet to
an intersection with tize'West line of said Farm Lot 154;
Thence Northerly along the West line of said Farm Lot 154, being
also along the center line of said Elizabeth Avenue, a distance
of 1290 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

5 AYES - Councilmen Hayhome, Maughan, Stewart and Mayor Pierce
6 NOES: None
