By order of this Council the City Clerk caused notice to i '` be served by mail upon EDMOND Fe MACGILLIVRAY and DOROTHY MARION 8 MACGILLIVRAY, ',husband and wife, as joint tenants, hereinafter re- ferred to as the Property Owners, together with those persons having 101) an interest of record in said property, being HEMET FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION,' SECURITY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, GERALD Jo TYLER and JERRY COOPER, advising them to appear and show i 13 cause at' 7 :30 P .M. at the City Council Chambers on Aprili18, 1967, 1`11 why the building located at 537 So. TELEPHONE I 1 as described hereinabove is a dangerous building as defined by i 2; Section 6-3 of the City Code in that it has been damaged by fire 311i so as to become dangerous to the life, safety, morals and general 41 health and welfare of its occupants and the people of San. Jacinto. i 5 4., The Council finds said structure to be a public nuisance k i 6 and finds that the house or duelling has been damaged, decayed or C i 7I deteriorated beyond fifty percent of its original value . I a NOW THEREFORE, the City Council orders that the dwelling 9') house, including the cellar, shall be demolished on or before thirty 10 � (30) days after a copy of this Resolution is mailed to the owners 11 by ;deposit in the United States Post Office postage prepaid. 12 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolu- 13i tion and shall cause a copy of it to be posted on the premises and I 1 shall cause a, certified copy of this Resolution to be retailed by � 15 certified mail to the property owners, postage prepaid, addressed kat 811 Soo Harvard Street , Hemet, California 92343, and that a ll� certified copy hereof be mailed by certified mail to all persons 1'81 having an interest of record in said real property as described in i 10 the Notice of Hearing of these proceedings , Poi' The real property which is the subject of these findings and I� >1 this order is described as follows 22 , Lot 9 of Mrs .
