Whereas, by Resolution No.
4 of the City of' San Jacinto did find regain noxious' and/or dangerous [
weeds to be growing in or upon or adjacent to the- streets side-

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the !
17 City of San Jacinto, State of California in regular session assemble

2. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby ordered
2-01 to cause the abatement and removal of the weeds described on or
adjacent to the real property described in Attachment "A" to Resolu-1
23' tion No, 725 in accordance with the procedure of Section 39572 i
et seq. o

3. The Superintendent of Public Works shall keep antaccount
25 of the cost to abate;the public nuisances herein directed and; to
submit his itemized written report to this Council as required by
26 law.

27 4. The city Clerk is directed to 'set a >public hearing
hearing the report of the Superintendent of Public Works as herein
28 directed at least three days later than the filing of the report
in her office by the Superintendent of Public Works.
