1 RESOLUTION N0. A t,
2 A RESOLUTION OF TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA
3 MUNICIPALITY, DECLARING CERTAIN STREETS,
SIDEWALKS AND PARCELS OF PRIVATE PROPERTY
4 AS PUBLIC NUISANCES.
5 WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works, having hereto-
fore been designated by the body, to perform the duties imposed by
6 - Article III of Division 3 of Title 4 of the Government Code, has
submitted to this body evidence that noxious and dangerous weeds
7 are growing upon or adjacent to streets and parcels of land located
in the City of San Jacinto; and

WHEREAS, the City Council elects to cause the abatement
9 of said weeds under the authority of Article III hereinabove cited;
10 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, State of California, in regular session
11 = assembled this 4th day of A-oril, 1967 as follows:
12) 1. That the City Council of said city finds that certain
noxious and/or dangerous weeds are growing upon or adjacent, to
13 streets, lots and blocks hereinafter described and that said noxious
14 and/or dangerous weeds are a public nuisance.
2. The City Council therefore declares these weeds to ,be
15 a public nuisance by authority granted to it by Section 39561 of
the Government Code at the locations within the City of San Jacinto
16 County of Riverside, State of California, as described in Attach- - 1
ment "A" affixed to this resolution which is incorporated herein byl
17 reference as fully and completely as if it were set forth at length'
herein. !

3. The Superintendent of Public Works shall cause notice of
191 this resolution together with notice of the time for hearing of
objections to the findings herein to be posted as required by law.
