A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF
"ANNEXATION NO. -7" AS DESCRIBED IN
RESOLUTION NO. 713'
WHEREAS, the original boundaries of Annexation No. 7
as described by Resolution No. 713 re submitted to the Local''
Agency Formation Commission of Riverside County for approval;
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission disapproved
said annexation with the boundaries as described but gave leave
for the City of San Jacinto to re-submit a proposed Annexation
No. 7 with modified boundaries .
NOW THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of .San Jacinto in regular session this 7th day of March,
1967 , as follows :
1. That the boundaries of the territory the Council pro-
poses to annex, identified as "Annexation No . 7" by Resolution
No . 713 of the city, are hereby modified by the exclusion of
certain portions of the original boundaries and by the inclusion
o_' additional territory, so as to follow the centerline of State
Street and at the same time giving the City of San Jacinto
jurisdiction over the majority of corners at intersections of
streets within the City of San Jacinto with ;Mate Street .
2 . Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 713 is hereby amended
to read as follows :
3 . That the territory which the Council proposes to
annex is hereby identified as "Annexation No. 7", and
consists of all that real property described as follows ;
