JACINTO AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES

4 BE IT RESOLVED that the City;Council of the City of San Jacinto does here-I
5 by authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the
6 State of California, to purchase :
7 Premium Gasoline
8 for and on behalf of the City of San Jacinto pursuant to Section 14814 , Govern-
9 ment Code, and that Sam Kalfayan , City Manager, is hereby authorized and direct-
IC) ed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection
11 therewith for and on behalf of the City of San Jacinto, ,,.,
