2 A=RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THELAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS;
5 A. The Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a public
hearing on ` . `t / to consider the proposed amendment of the
5 General Plan in acte upon, annd by its Resolution No.fLl—')-J7 recommended

to the City Council that the amendment be adopted.
B. The Environmental Protection Commission of this city has considered '
8 the proposed amendment in accordance with the standards it has been directed to
evaluate land use development.

C. A public hearing was duly held .!U -ffe f 170 by the City
3-0 Council after notice was duly posted and publt hed. The following written or
oral communications were received from the members of the public.

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
14 Jacinto, the date hereinafter stated , as follows :
1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.

2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of San
16 Jacinto is hereby amended as follows. from single family
residential to low medium density in the general area of E1
17 Pollo Acres Subdivision between Idyllwild Drive and Ramona
Boulevard.

21 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
cause a copy hereof to be transmitted to the Planning Departments of the County
22 of Riverside and the City of Hemet.
