2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE MOBIL OIL COMPANY BULK PUR-
3 CHASES AWARD BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
4 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto, effective February 16, 1973,
5 requests participation in the Mobil Oil Company bulk purchases award by the
6 County of Riverside Board of Supervisors for the purchase of gasoline, diesel
7 oil , kerosene and stove oil .
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
9 approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10 County contract on gasoline, diesel oil , kerosene and stove oil :
11 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name for public use only;
12I 2. Will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and
for tax liability, and will hold the County harmless there-

14I 3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for
like purchases;

4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration writ-
16 ten bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases.
17 ' APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 1973 by the following vote:
18 AYES: Councilmen Brooks , Sanzberro, Stevens and Wallace.
19 NOES: None
20 ABSENT: Councilman Cutting.
