A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 02 THE CITY OF
SAN JACIA;TO .AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO BY ADOPTION OF THREE ADDI-
TIONAL ELFMEIT"S; OPEN SPACE, CONSERVATION AND
SEISMIC SAFETY.

A . T"r e Planning Commission of the -city of San Jacinto duly held
a public d'iearing on June 12, 1973, to consider the proposed amend-
ment to the General Plan of the city of San jacintd by the adoption
of three additional elements, to-wit: Open Space Element, Conserva-
tion Element and Seismic safety Element and by its resolution L`um-
ber P.C. 73-12 'it recommended to the City Council that each element
be adopr.ed as part of the General Plan of this city.
B. A Public hearing was duly held July 3, 1973 by the City Council'
after notice was duly published and posted. There were no written
or viral communications received frora members of the- public pertain-
ing to any of the three proposed elements .
:70yti, `?HEREFORE, BE' IT RESOLVED by the City Council "df t'ne C.L.-
of Sara Jacinto sitting in regular session the 3rd day of July, . 1573
as follows ;
1. The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true,
2 . -Phe General Plan of the City of San-Jac-Inzo is hereby
amended to incluce three additional elements namely he., Open Space
Element-, the Conservation Element and The Seismic Safety Element-,
which are respacti-aely _labelled as such of the City of San Jacinto,
and attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, together
with their attached maps.
3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion and cause a copy hereof to be transmitted to the Planning
L:epca taents of t"'le C,oLinty7 of Riverside and the City of Hemet, ras-
pectively.
