TO APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY
31 AND THE;COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE RELATING TO THE CONDUCT.OF A
COUNTY-WIDE COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION PLANNING STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO

That this Council adopts , consents to and approves the memorandum of

understanding entered into between the City and the County of Riverside re-
lating to the conduct of a County-wide Comprehensive Transportation Planning
8
Study and authorizes the transfer and expenditure of a portion of its local
9
101 Transportation Development Act funds as provided therein,
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the memorandum of understand

ing as hereby adopted.
