RESOLUTION NO. 980
1 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF EASEMENT
2 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:)
3 1 . The deed granted by La Verne E. Koss , a widow as to an undivided three{
4 fourths interest, and Dale Roger Koss , as to an undivided one-fourth interest,
5 dated November 9, 1972, for easement for the following described property in the
6 City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California:
7 A portion of Farm Lot 73 of Lands of the San Jacinto Land Associa-
tion, as shown by Map on file in Book 8, Page 357, San Diego County
8 Records , described as follows : Beginning at the Northeast corner
of said Farm Lot 73, said Northeast corner also being a point on
9 the West right-of-way line of San Jacinto Avenue, 60.00 feet wide;
thence South along said West right-of-way line a distance of 616.44
10 feet to the North line of the South 44.00 feet of said Farm Lot 73;
thence West along the North line of said South 44.00 feet a distance
11 of 100.00 feet to the West line of the,East 100.00 feet of said Farm
Lot 73; thence South along said West line a distance of 14.00 feet
12 to the North rijit-of-way line of Esplanade Avenue, 60,00 feet wide;
Thence West along said North right-of-way line a distance of 865.15
13 feet to the East line of the West 330.00 feet of said Farm Lot 73;
thence North along said East line a distance of 20.00 feet; thence
14 East parallel with the South line of said Farm Lot 73 ;a distance of
951,15 feet to the West line of the East 14.00 feet of said Farm
15 Lot 73; thence North along_ said West line a distance of 610.44 feet
to the North Line of said Farm Lot 73; thence East along said North
16 line a distance of 14.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
17 be and is hereby accepted.
18 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify to a copy
19 of this Resolution and to cause it to be filed for record with the said deed
20 with the official records of the County of Riverside.
