RESOLUTION NO. 974
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
2 APPLICATION FOR A GRANT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT PUR-
POSES WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO.

4 WHEREAS , the California Council on Criminal Justice may consent to review
5 for possible funding the project submitted by the Riverside County Allied Law
6 Enforcement Agencies referred to as the Regional Inteqrated Narcotic Enforcement
7 Team;
8 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is directed to execute on
9 behalf of the City of San Jacinto the application for grant for law enforcement
10 purposes and special conditions attached thereto.
11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the applicant agrees to provide the required
12 matching funds to said project.
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder shall not be
14 used to supplant ongoing law enforcement expenditures.
15 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Coun-
16 cil of the City of San Jacinto held on the 16th day of January 1973.
