JACINTO AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT, DEPART-
3 MENT OF GENERAL SERVICES , OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO

5 BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto does her
6 by authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services , of the

7 State of California, to purchase one only one-half (1/2) ton truck described as
i
8 follows :

121 for and on behalf of the City of San Jacinto pursuant to Section 14814,
13 ! Government Code, and that Sam Kalfayan , City Manager, is hereby authorized and
14 idirected to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in con-
1 5 nection therewith for and on behalf of the City of San Jacinto.
