I A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE COST
2 OF THE ABATEMENT OF CERTAIN PUBLIC NUISANCES
3 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of San Jacinto by its Resolution No.
determined after a Public Hearing duly held and published under the pro-
4 visions of Section 39567.1 of the Government Code that certain public nuisances
existed upon or adjacent to streets , sidewalks and parcels of private property
5 within the City of San Jacinto , and by motion duly passed, ordered the Superin-
tendent of Streets , also known as the Superintendent of Public Works, to abate "
6 the same; and
7 _ WHEREAS the Superintendent of Public Works caused the said public nuis-
ances to be abate and filed with the office of the City Clerk of the City of
San Jacinto on I l his itemized written report'showing the
cost of the aba ment o e pubTiic nuisances in front of or on each separate
9 parcel of land where the work was done by him and a copy of that report together
with a notice of a public hearing to be held concerning that report was posted
10 as required by the provisions of Section 39575 of the Government Code; and
11 WHEREAS on at 'i,` 3 ✓ at the Council
Chambers , 201 East Mao ' treet, a public hearing was duly held by the City
12 Council of the City of San Jacinto, to determine whether the report of the Super
intendent of Public Works should be accepted and confirmed concerning his cost
13 to abate the public nuisances and evidence was heard whether or not the report
was a true account of said cost.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the ,City of Sang
16 Jacinto, State of California , in regular session assembled this day

a. That the report of the Superintendent of Public Works , also known as
18 the Superintendent of Streets, showing his costs to abate the public nuisances
as determined by resolution No.eA6 of this city be and is hereby accepted and
19 confirmed in accordance with the provisions of Section 39576 of the Government `
20 Code.
21 2. The City Clerk is directed to certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion and shall cause a copy of this resolution together with a certified copy of
22 the report of the Superintendent of Public Works to be filed with theCounty
Auditor of the County of Riverside on or before August 105
