Final Map Tract No, 4531 applied for by California Ranch 61 I3omes, a partnership has received the recommendation for approval by the Planning Commission subject to conditions which have been 71 received and noted by the council.= 8 B. The council has reviewed the map and conditions recommend- ed for approval. 9 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council of the City 10 of San Jacinto sitting ,in regular adjourned session on the 18th ll day of July: 1972 as follows : 1. The council finds the foregoing facts to betrue and 12 accepts and receives the findings and recommendation of the .Flan- 13 ning Commission and approves the same as its own findings . 2.
